William Kallock, MBA – Senior Consultant

Mr. Kallock has more than 12 years of experience in energy efficiency, ranging from the design, implementation and evaluation of energy efficiency programs to the development of targeted energy-efficiency projects. His primary areas of expertise include energy-efficiency market assessment and program design, performance measurement and evaluation of energy-efficiency programs, and energy services portfolio assessment.

Prior to joining Summit Blue, Mr. Kallock was with Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC) where he developed both residential and C&I market strategies and designed energy-efficiency programs for Efficiency Vermont, the first energy-efficiency utility in the United States. While at VEIC he also led the redevelopment of the program cost-effectiveness screening tools for the Massachusetts electric utilities and the Long Island Power Authority. He was one of the key drivers for improving the organizational efficiency of VEIC.

Mr. Kallock also has extensive energy services experience as a Lead Project Developer for Enron Energy Services and as Manager of Monitoring and Verification for EUA Cogenex. He helped start and was the Vice President of Business Development for NativeEnergy, a company dedicated to the construction of new renewable energy sources.  He holds a Master of Business from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering, from Cornell University.
